This weekend!!! We will host a FREE open house on Saturday June 24th at 10:30am. We will give a quick rundown of how the studio operates, as well as an Intro to Salsa class. First off, Happy Father’s Day to all dads out there!!! As some of our six weeks series have finished this weekend, we changed our schedule for the next couple weeks in order to realign all series. This week our Monday mambo series will continue as normal, but we will have walk in classes on both Thursday and Saturday! We will then wrap up mambo series next Monday 6/26 and close from 6/29/23 through Fourth of July! We will then resume our series classes starting on 7/6/23!

Introducing our new referral program! When you refer a NEW student and they sign up for a 6 week series, or a membership, you will get a $20 credit / discount on either your own 6 week series or membership. We do not have a limit on how many referral discounts you can earn. So if you refer 4 people and they sign up, you will get an $80 credit, which means a FREE six week series if you sign up in advance 🙌🙌🙌. WHAAAAAAAATTTTTT‼️‼️‼️ LEVEL UP HAS SHIRTS NOW⁉️⁉️⁉️ That’s what my expression is showing in the first pic 😂😂😂 we are now offering short sleeve ($20), long sleeve ($25) and sweaters ($30)! Look at how cool you’ll look checking your phone or smiling and closing your eyes like . We will be taking orders through the end of the month then having all gear out the week after. Today we continue the salsa on1 fundamental video series with the right turn. Similar to your basic step, you will be stepping a total of 6 times to complete the move. The rotation happens on count 2 and 3. Try to get around as smoothly as possible so you don’t lose your balance and you don’t look choppy taking the step back on count 5. The more you practice, the better it will get 🙌🙌🙌

New schedule for the following 6 week series! We have removed the 6 week bachata series and have replaced that with a bachata walk in class on Tuesday nights. Now all weekday evening classes are set at the same time! 🙌🙌🙌
This schedule is effective this coming Thursday and will run through April! Visit our website to enroll in one of the 6 week series, or sign up in person on the first week!
Today we will be starting a video series to breakdown a couple of salsa steps that we feel are fundamental to anyone’s dance repertoire. Please feel free to refer to these videos for a description of each step, as well as some technique tips to help you look your best on the dance floor! 💃🕺🏽First video is describing the basic step. Remember that we need to transfer our weight for every step we take. It should feel like walking. Most of us don’t walk by tapping our feet in front of us and not transferring our weight 🫣🤭 so don’t do that while dancing. The more you practice your basic, the smoother it will look! TRUST ME! Practice every time you get a chance! Brushing your teeth, sitting at work, or standing in line at the DMV! That last one will DEF improve your basic 😂

We are hosting our first Galentines celebration like no other! Come join us for an evening of drinks, appetizers, and a heels lesson! No previous experience required, just bring yourself and your positivity! At Level Up we believe in celebrating the uniqueness and resiliency of women and this workshop is intended to create a safe space to support and empower each woman to feel comfortable and sexy in her own skin.

We are expanding the class schedule for the month of February moving forward! WOOHOO!!! 🙌🙌🙌
We have added a six week bachata series on Monday nights, which will build the foundation to your bachata social dancing skills. We will go over basic footwork and partner-work, as well as connection with your partner!
We will continue to offer both on1 and on2 timing salsa classes, and bring back the cumbia series for one last time (till further notice 😉)

Given our updated class schedule for 2023, we have also made updates to our pricing options to meet our customer’s needs. We have a couple of membership options that can be applied to a 6-week series class or walk-in, as well as a 10 visit punch pass for walk-in classes. Love how this came out!! I was a little hesitant while painting it and shaping out the pattern but it worked! (Yes I know the baseboard needs to be painted 🤣 I was just excited to show the finished wall!) hope you all can see it in person soon. But in the meantime stay safe ☺️.

Take sometime for yourself. It’s always nice to practice self-care. Take a step back from all the situations that seem to require 💯% of your “emergency” energy and relax a little. Practice things that make you feel light and happy. Let me know in the comments what you’ve all practiced to keep yourself sane 😊.
What I miss the most from classes is not the actual dancing. It’s seeing my students. I would see my students come in with smiles on their faces or looked stressed from the long work day they had. At the front desk I would always welcome them or try to pump them up for class. The best part was watching them forget their outside worries while learning to dance. People would laugh at Bernard’s silly jokes and let go of whatever the day had brought them. They would simply have fun. I know I sound redundant but I can’t wait to get back to watching people grow, gain confidence, and learn to love dance 💃🏻💜.
