[07/30/15]   My 3 biggest hurdles with nutrition are:
(1) Eat more veggies
(2) Moderation - I'm either off the rails or super clean
(3) Planning & Preparing - I've typically got this down but occasionally I miss the boat or come back in from out of town and don't plan at all. Those weeks are tough.

What are your nutritional hurdles?

[07/28/15]   "The difference between knowing and doing in planning and preparing." I'm not sure where I heard that the other day but this is so true! It's true in nutrition. It's true in training. It's true in personal finance. Planning and prepping is typically the first habit we work on in our Nutrition Coaching. If you can get that down, it makes life so much easier and goals so much more attainable!

[07/24/15]   So often people hold off making progress while they look for the secret to success - the magic pill, the perfect workout, the perfect diet...
The secret? Start today, do the little things that you know you should be doing - get plenty of sleep, drink lots of water, eat like an adult should and do something active every day. Getting started and being consistent works every time.

[06/08/15]   We are in our last week. So far our group has lost over 230 pounds in 3 weeks. Y'all are all doing so awesome! Keep it up this last week. #finishstrong
