We are moving from Bossier to a new and larger location. We are under construction for the next month and plan on opening for back to school in August. Over 2,000 sq foot of mat space alone, showers, dressing room, bath rooms, kids room and office. It's going to be a Dallas quality martial art club right here in Shreveport. Have a great summer, we are working hard to bring great martial arts to you.

We took all gold this weekend and had several well deserved promotions. Great group if dedicated martial artists!

Great class last night! Footwork, front kicks waist level, first motion lead leg roundhouse, front kicks chest level, slide back switch foot pick, sidekicks, offensive and defensive combinations for over 30 minutes continuous.

Drilling technique does not make you better. It's the ONLY way you get better!

Dalton won gold today. Dillon won silver. Metarie, LA at Moon's College Taekwondo tournament today.

Dalton floated like a butterfly and stung like a bee. Defeated an opponent over 50% bigger than his size. Great job boys!

Ordered daedo scoring system today! Electronic scoring used in the Olympics. I'm not aware of any other school in Louisiana with this. It will allow us to perfect our kicks and know exactly what will score. Huge advantage over schools that don't have. Team Poos!
