Centenary Chemistry Club

Centenary Chem Club is an organization designed to bring together students interested in chemistry and science in general. The Chemistry Club at Centenary College of Louisiana seeks to offer activities that promote Chemistry and science as an exciting and respectable discipline to the community, and it seeks to foster amiable and professional relationships among its members, the Chemistry and science division faculty, and the student body at large.

You do not have to be a chemistry major to join!

[02/24/18]   Please join us in celebrating the life of African-American chemist, Percy Julian on February 28 @7:30.

[02/24/18]   Due to technical difficulties, the screening of Percy Julian: Forgotten Genius will be postponed to February 28 @7:30.

The annual Chemistry waffle brunch will take place next Sunday, December 4th from 12:30-2:30 pm!

The menu will feature homemade Belgian Waffles with trimmings as well as other breakfast/brunch fare.

This is also an opportunity for everyone to meet Dr. Ticich's new kittens – Tamara and Ryan!

[01/12/12]   So, I want to put together a "Are you smarter than a fifth grader" sort of event. I would be pitting the chemists/biochemist vs the math/physicists vs the biologists/neuro students. The professors are in charge of the questions with the requirement "we should know this but probably not"
