It is important to talk to 8th graders about careers such as Physician Assistant, Physical Therapy, Cardiopulmonary Science, Masters of Public Health, Occupational Therapy, Communication Disorders, and Medical Laboratory so they will set goals beginning their freshman year in high school to prepare for admission.

Students are learning about goods and services, competition, free market, profit, strategies of pricing to sell. They took two items out of their desk, priced them and had a mock store. The students moved around to the “stores”, wrote down their purchases, then had to explain why they bought one item over another. Kids are so SMART! #janla #LCPAService
