Jesse Glover on Ed Hart Jesse talks about meeting Ed Hart and Ed learning boxing.
Ed Hart was born 96 years ago, today. One of the most memorable things about Ed was this; each time you met him, he wanted you leave with more than you came. It was the essence of who he was as a person. You don’t meet many people like that. Right…that’s right!

“I still get excited about it. I’ve been doing it for a while and when I start thinking about how well this stuff really works…I start getting excited about it…right…that’s right, it works beautifully...right…” - Ed Hart on the Gung Fu
"You don't have any balance, thats ok we can work on that..." Ed Hart when I met him the first time walking in the door. He had an eye and an ability to say things we needed to hear in a way that was empowering.
