If you use Fulfilled By @Amazon (FBA) (meaning you ship your products to Amazon warehouses across the country and Amazon ships them out as the sales are made), you've just established nexus in the states the warehouses are located in and must collect and report sales taxes (and business income taxes as well) on all sales in those states (not just Amazon sales).
For that reason I don't recommend using it, no matter how tempting it may be, unless you only sell on Amazon and in that case, I recommend using QuickBooks Enterprise to keep track of your inventory at each Amazon warehouse.
