As we all look forward to the stabilization of new Covid19 cases in our area, it can be a good time for moms in medicine to consider options to readjust following a global health crisis.
Potential options include:
Processing the experience as whole with colleagues, considering time off if that's an option, increasing engagement with social support network (virtually if needed), and re-establishing pre-Covid patterns of self-care.
