Here are a few simple ways I help my clients improve hip mobility and function.
This is a dynamic warm-up routine specifically targeting the hips.
Always start with a 5-minute warm-up, this can either be on the treadmill or bike.
1. Foam rolling quads - 20 - 30 seconds per side
2. Foam rolling IT band - 20 - 30 seconds per side
3. Quadruped Bird Dog - 10 reps per side
4. Single-leg Glute Bridge - 10 reps per side
5. Lunge with Overhead reach - 20 reps total.

In the fitness industry, you find many extremes. There is always a new craze and a “fast” new weight loss program.

Wednesday Workout
Sometimes we don’t have time to work out. But don’t let that stop you. Even a 20-minute workout is better than nothing.
What is your choice?
We all have to make choices. You either choose to change, or you decide to stay the same.
For those of you who have busy lives and have hard time hitting the gym, here is a seven minute workout that will get the body pumped and ready for the day.
It requires no weights and it’s perfect for anyone because it can be modified to fit your needs.
We have 11 exercises times 30 seconds each.
1) Squats
2) Walk to plank
3) Skater jumps
4) Squat hold
5) Burpee with push-ups
6) Plank shoulder touch
7) Elevated pike push-up
8) Body Saw
9) V ups
10) Dead bug
11) Superman extension
