The simplicity of life resides in embracing your authentic yourself.

I never wore make up in my whole life.
Never used perfume.
Never dressed eccentric or wore heels if not for very special occasions.
Often barefoot.

We overcomplicate things all the time. 

When we get dragged into the monkey mind, we start overthinking everything and one little issue seems to be taking control of our whole life!

But it doesn’t necessarily have to be perceived as such.

When we look at that issue from the outside, from a different and broader perspective, we realize how small that thing is compared to the immensity of our own existence.


My work is to find ways to come back home to my Self. 
I reconnect with my truth, with my natural state. 
I remember who I really am underneath it all.


In my humble experience, the key to unlock our fullest potential is BALANCE.

Simple to say, harder to do, I know! Yet…it’s possible! But ONLY if you believe it is. 😉

Cherish the UP & cherish the DOWN moments.

The depth and importance of working on yourself is something that must be prioritised, 
particularly in today’s world, where everything is uncertain and society is fu**ed up.

I choose to always work on myself and get support from the people I trust who can fully receive me.

I also believe in the law of attraction: when you connect with love, in love, then you are able to receive love and breathe it in your everyday life.

When you don’t work on yourself, when you don’t make a change or don’t take ownership, nothing will flow in your life.

We have the powerful to manifest what we want. 
But first of all, we need to understand what we really want.

Embodiment teaches you how to be present with your needs and desires. 
It teaches you to move, to flow, to make that change and light up that inner fire.
It teaches you to speak out loud with your authentic voice.
It opens up your body, mind, heart and spirit.
Bringing that infinite amount of love, passion, creativity, confidence in your whole being,
