I have never posted one of these and the gym was empty this morning, so what the hell. The weight I'm crushing for a double there is my current max, set back in December. I'm 3 weeks out from my scheduled max out and feeling strong. Some advice for 2017. 👌🏼
For those who have attended our bootcamps Saturday mornings, or any one who was/ is interested in them, we will need to reconfigure how we do it.
The majority of participants are from the Fleet Feet group and have been running longer distances, which pushed our time back which only allowed me 30 minutes to train, and now our friend Gracie will not be able to continue due to her new responsibilities at her job.
I am open to suggestions as to how we can continue these bootcamps because I know those who were involved liked it alot.
Let me know what you guys think.
Today was a good day:
I had a client today that wasn't feeling like she was making progress. So we did her measurements. She lost 2 inches in the chest/ back area and 2.5 inches in her waist (which are her two target areas). Needless to say, she felt much better and is ready to work even harder to prep for her wedding in 5 months.

I am pleased to announce that I can now offer my clients a new facility to train in.
SA Fitness, located in Stone Oak on Huebner Road, is an excellent place to get your work done. They offer plenty of the equipment the big gyms do (cardio machines, strength machines and free weights), but in a smaller, quieter and more comfortable setting.
The fee for the gym for my clients is only $25 (plus tax) a month, which gives you access to the gym at any time during business hours (5am-11pm EVERY day), showers, and sauna. My fees are separate and depend what kind of training you want.
