1 C. Pineapple chunks
3 T Shredded dry coconut (unsweetened )
Mixed nuts (optional, one handful)
1 cup liquid of choice (plant based milk, coconut juice etc.
3 T. Chia seeds
1 c chopped fruit of choice
Nuts, h**p seeds, granola etc.
Mixed all and refrigerate overnight.
