It our mission to challenge participants physically as well as mentally, encouraging them to be the best that they can be in all of life. Our goal is to help people learn to love being active and healthy, while also providing the opportunity for those who are more competitive to see how far they can take their ability.

The time commitment is only 1-2 hours per week but we promise that this plan will bring a new level of focus to your strength training and help elevate your performance in 2021.

It was a weekend of very long riding for three of our teammates! 12hr and 6hr races DONE. Way to go and go and go Emily, Jason, and Carlos! Between the three of them, they rode 370 miles and conquered 24,964 ft of elevation gain 🚴🏽♀️🚴🏽♂️🚴🏼🏔🏅Congrats to Jason for winning the solo division and Carlos for winning the Master’s division and placing 2nd Overall.
There is a time to stress and a time to rest. This is true each day, each week, and each year. Training is one form of stress, and we train in a way to force specific adaptations to stress. Set yourself up for future success by maximizing the adaptation you can get following a hard workout. In other words, actively recover and rest. Stress + Rest.
