Irish Goat Multisport is a Coaching, Personal Training and Weight Management Facility that is relocating from Central North Carolina to San Antonio Texas in November 2012.

We are competitors. We are athletes. We share a passion for endurance competitons and events. You won't enter our facility to meet a knit shirt holding a clipboard. You will be face to face with a certified coach/trainer that guides, informs, teaches, mentors and participates every step of the way. Nothing pushes you harder than having a training partner. We take coaching to a new level. We lead by example. We do it because we push ourselves to win, and have the passion to help others stand tall upon the podium. WHAT WE DO
Personal Training: We train hard. We push you beyond your current limitations to accomplish things you have only dreamed. We specialize in weight loss, nutrition and injury prevention/recovery, but have recently expanded to military and law enforcement training, as well as martial arts conditioning. We utilize a combination of plyometric, metabolic, kick-boxing, weight-training, yoga and multisport techniques to achieve rapid and permanent goals. Multisport & Ultra-Marathon Coaching: Our coaching is comprehensive, difficult and rewarding. We address nutrition, new technology, equipment and all other factors dealing with training, transitions and competitions. We offer support at events and both photography & videography for analysis and documentation. You will increase your power, speed, endurance and overall performance. We coach novice, age group and elite athletes. Our primary coach and trainer is Christopher Knodel. He began as a Physical Training instructor and Combat Lifesaver in the United States Army Infantry. He served as a hand to hand combat and martial arts expert at the United States Military Academy at West Point. He furthered his understanding of personal training by becoming a certified trainer and specialist in fitness nutrition from the International Sports Sciences Association. He maintains current CPR, AED and First Aid certifications and is proud to serve as a USA Triathlon Level #1 Coach. In this capacity, he specializes in triathlon, duathlon, ultra-marathon, bicycling, swimming and other endurance event training. In addition, he has served as a member of Team Gillette, Team Michelob Ultra & as a G Series Pro Elite Tribe Mentor.
