The tragic shooting at Robb Elementary School in Uvalde, Texas, is deeply traumatic for survivors, their families, and the faculty and staff at the school. It's also possible that it's having an emotional impact on other children in our country and around the world.

June is National Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder Awareness Month, with the goal of raising public awareness about PTSD issues, reducing the stigma associated with the condition, and ensuring that those suffering from the condition's invisible wounds receive effective and proper treatment. We are creating a series of educational videos about PTSD you can access for free and will be online this week.

The primary distinction between sadness, and despair is: Sadness commonly lasts for a brief quantity of time. Depression, though, is consistent, and it will remaining ongoing for days at a time.
But there is different symptoms that are vital for us to seem at is if the disappointment is persistent, or a feeling of being empty, and matters simply appear to be meaningless, That is a very frequent signal of depression, in this video I am sharing the distinction between disappointment and despair and some symptoms you want to pay interest to.

All the things that you experience in your life, originally start as a thought. So what we are experiencing in your life, if, if you're not happy with how things are going, if you're not happy with your relationships, if you're not happy with your job situation, all of the actions, all of the actions were originally a thought.
So everything starts with a thought, which leads to an emotion, which causes us to take an action, which creates the life that we experience. So mental health is the cornerstone, it is the beginning step of you having a life that you love.

This Sunday I wanted to share with you some affirmations you can use to build del-esteem. We created also a video where you can learn some techniques to increase your self confidence.
The opinion we have of ourselves is referred to as self-esteem.
We tend to feel good about ourselves and about life in general when we have robust self-esteem. It improves our ability to cope with life's ups and downs.
We tend to see ourselves and our lives in a more negative and critical light when our self-esteem is low. We also believe we are less capable of meeting life's obstacles.
Low self-esteem can be harmful to your mental health and lead to issues like sadness and anxiety.
