[05/09/20]   Hey Everyone,

I was having a MasterMind conversation with a business friend and advisor a few days ago. We had a healthy and productive conversation as we always do. With that said, I would like to pose the following for your thoughts. Feel free to comment here, or send me a DM if you want to keep it private.

***
As I sit here and think about what life means and what we each have to offer, I think about the invisible talents and gifts we each have. We will never know if we don't ask.

1. If you all are willing to share with me, what one or two words description do you see if my gift.
2. Also, I would like to know in one or two words what you consider to be your gift.
3. Finally, if you had the time, which we do now because of the current world situation, in what area would you want to expand your knowledge in?
***

I look forward to your comments or DMs.

Have a great day everyone.

Man skillfully raps Dr. Seuss rhymes over Dr. Dre beats in a must-see mashup

This dude... brilliant! 💯

Moral of the Story: Wes filled a niche that didn't exist. Who knew? Apparently he did. We all have a talent that the world needs to see. We have to get out of our own way and figure it out.

He effectively blends Dr. Seuss readings (character voices) with the correct instrumentals (beats and melody). If you are familiar with the music genre, you will see how phenomenal he is at his craft.

Please take a moment to watch all three videos posted on this article. They are long, but well worth the time. The last video - One Fish, Two Fish, he nailed the beginning.

Know your value and associate with those that appreciate your value. The story below expands on this statement.

A father before he died said to his son: “This is a watch your grandfather gave me, and it’s more than 200 years old. But before I give it to you, go to the watch shop on the first street, and tell him I want to sell it, and see how much he offers you.“

The son went and returned to his father, and said, “The watchmaker offered $5 because it’s old.

The dad said to him: “Go to the coffee shop.“

The son went and returned, and said: “He offered $5 father.“

His father stayed, "Go to the museum and show them that watch.“

Again, the son went then came back, and said to his father “They offered me $1 million for this piece.“

The father said: “I wanted to let you know that the right place values you in the right way. Don’t find yourself in the wrong place and get angry if you’re not valued. Those that know your value are those who appreciate you, don’t stay in a place where nobody sees your value.“

Know your value and know where to spend your time.
