Our Story

I'm a Nationally certified personal trainer in San Antonio, Texas. My current certifications are National Academy of Sports Medicine Certified Personal Trainer, United States Association of Weightlifting Sports Performance Coach, and National Federation of Personal Trainers Certified Personal Trainer. I previously trained at Lifetime (2.5yrs), Golds Gym (2yrs), YMCA (1yr), Fitness Boot Camp 4U (1/2yr), individually (10yrs), and Strength & Conditioning and Defensive Line Coach at San Antonio Christian School (2yrs). I have been training professionally for 10 years possess 19 years of experience in the industry. I work with clients to achieve a healthy lifestyle through moderate habit changes. Also train athletes of all ages to improve their performance for the specific sport requested. Current services offered are hour and even half hour long sessions that include: 1:1 personal training, partner training, small or large group training. Also provide virtual training in the form of customized workout plans, nutrition coaching, customized meal plans, and cardio coaching.
