[09/30/12]   UTSA STUDENTS ARE FUNDRAISING AND NEED YOUR HELP!

UTSA is one of many institutions nationwide working to prepare the next generation of nonprofit leaders by providing a variety of professional development and nonprofit certification opportunities for students.

UTSA students who are part of the Nonprofit Leadership Alliance certification program are fundraising to attend the annual Alliance Management/Leadership Institute (AMI) in Atlanta, Georgia, January 2-5, 2013.

AMI is an annual leadership development and networking conference that provides an excellent opportunity for students to network with nonprofit professionals from across the country, conduct career development and information interviews, participate in leadership development, and take part in the Case Study Leadership Service Projects at local nonprofits.

AMI attendance is a key requirement of the certification, and costs approximately $1,000 per student. Your sponsorship will help students to cover their conference fees, travel, and lodging expenses to AMI.

Thank you for your consideration, I hope we can count on your support. To submit your donation online, please go to UTSA’s Center for Policy Studies Giving Link, https://giving.utsa.edu/givetothecenterforpolicystudies

If you have any questions contact the NLA Campus Advisor, Denise Orozco, (210) 458-2086 or via email: [email protected].
