Sheena Romero is a Filipino American mother of 2 who migrated in the San Antonio, TX last 2010 to find greener Pasteur. However, life did not come instantly that wonderful for her.

She was a survivor of a unfortunate past and like a lot of other people, she had to endure numerous of heartbreaking failures, relationships and rejections until she found herself and her own voice through hard work, dedication, lots of learnings, leadership trainings and managing people.

Being an immigrant and not having her whole biological family around (she had to worry how her situation will weigh on her loving family), she had a few friends to count on and helped her pull it through however, she conquered her bigger challenges mentally, emotionally and even spiritually alone with strong prayers and her kids.

For her, there were definitely a lot of feelings of self doubt but there was no room for self pity. Her strong will to succeed and help other people was way stronger than her fears and self doubt so you can imagine the risks she has taken to invest on other people, herself, her education and especially her experience.

These are the very reasons why she is very huge in People satisfaction. May it be customer/client/seller/employee. People come first. This helped her go from being a sales representative earning $11/hr to making almost $76,000 a year as a Risk assessment manager to now owning her own real estate investment company, Coaching business, Digital Marketing and Staffing agency. Yes, she’s bagging all the biggest and best industries and not only that, she made sure that she had the best coaches and mentors in the industry.

She went through various leadership programs, one was held by the Zig Ziglar organization and a few other company hosted management/leadership trainings. She was one of the lucky women who went through the Real estate Investment mentorship program by Tresa Lugden of Women’s Real Estate Network. She was also one of the fortunate people who had the pleasure of going through intense digital marketing training programs of one of the biggest Digital Real Estate Guru Josh T. Osborne and mentored by one of the most popular successful coaches in the industry Christina Jandali. Her training with Start and Scale by Millionaire Australian Entrepreneur Greta Van Riel gave her confidence in launching her own business.

She did not stop her learning from here, if she was learning the ways of the big industry leaders, she knew she had to get nitty gritty and learn the basics of Virtual assistance and Freelancing to get to know the actual job from end to end. She was also influenced by few of the biggest Virtual Assistant and Freelancer influencers and course creators were Jason Dulay - Coach of of the Philippines/VA Bootcamp, Robinson Simon - Social Media Coach of Simon Creatives, Meneses of Website Academy PH and The Freelance Movement of Pagulayan

Along her journey in the freelancing world, she founded a support group called Pinay Virtual Assistance and have since then, been surrounded by group of strong powerful women which has been the foundation of her business success.

Call it crazy but with the help of her high performing Virtual Assistants and Freelancers, she was able to find the perfect balance between both worlds and created a whole huge dimension that helps satisfy both needs.
