Our 8-session program combines a practice of mindfulness with a strengths-based approach to create greater self-awareness, social connection and increased self-esteem.
Classes are one hour and held on Saturdays in our Roslyn Heights office. Our first session begins Saturday, January 11th.
We will be running two separate groups, for ages 7-10 (10:00 am - 11:00 am) and for ages 11-14 (12:00 pm to 1:00 pm)

We recently hosted a free workshop titled: "ADHD & Nutrition - What You Need To Know". We welcomed guest speaker, Lena Arkilanian-Felice, a holistic nutritionist & wellness ambassador. She shared many helpful ideas: including how to read labels and encourage picky eaters to consume more fruits and vegetables. Many of the harmful ingredients in these foods make ADHD symptoms worse. We must be vigilant and avoid pesticides, harmful chemicals and artificial colorings in the foods we feed ourselves and our children.
