* We will have a fall celebration party on Friday October the 26th. No costumes needed. Also I will be closing at 5:45. Last pick up is a six. I have no more students for night care. This day will be a closing on time day. PLEASE NOTE this may become permanent at the first of the year. At the moment its on an as needed basis.
** Holiday early and full day closings was posted to our FGGCA page last Friday. It is also posted on the door.

Hello Families and Welcome to our Super Duper Awesome new year!
- Cash app now available
- Bus runs 6:50-7:15 am & 2:15-2:45pm no drop off/pick up at those times.
- Parents of before and after schoolers on days where their school(s) either closes early or closed for the day. You must pay the addition $7 or $14 per child per day. Not to exceed the weekly rate of $110 per child.
- Preschool learning session 9am-11:30 please be
on time.
- No drop off or picks during nap time 12:30-2pm.
- Parents of before after schoolers if your child is not in school during normal school operational hours please check with me before dropping your
B-A schooler off. Due to Preschool only/drop in slots. 8:30-2:30, I may be unable to take your school-age child until their regular scheduled drop off time.

September 4 starts our preschool session as well as our before and after school session. Our Preschool runs September-May. B&A runs to he third week of June. The a m bus run starts at 6:50am that means you will not be able to drop your child off after 6:45-7:15 am and p m run is 2:15-2:45pm.
Preschool classes
Am drop off MUST be before 9am as to not disrupt Preschool group time 9-11:30pm Monday-Thursdays. If your child has a appointment please let me know ahead of time so I can make adjustments.
Nap time
12pm-2:15 is Not a pick up and/or drop off time. Please be mindful that others are resting. Please try to sink your arrival time with our.
Breakfast/Lunch brought from home must be ready to eat. This means no meals should be needing heating or cooking.
-Breakfast is from 7:50-8:30 if you’re running late and stop to get breakfast they must finish their breakfast before entering if it’s after 8:30. Remember we are transitioning over to Preschool.
Same as for lunch.
-Lunch runs from 11:15-11:45 am.
These are not rules these are guidelines for our daily schedule activities. These are in placed to assure the children’s day run smoothly & organized, therefore when children knows what comes next their days are happy and full of fun.

We wish Stafan J. & his family farewell as the embark on their new journey. We will keep in touch as we are apart of each other *village😜 (*Stephaine A.).
-In of the summer celebration @ Cobblerstone Saturday. 8/25 10am - 5pm. Bring your picnic. I do have coupons for admission. Get there early so we can get seating in the same area.
-Travis Bday party afterward at mom’s Home.
-I officially start my vacation at the end of the business day 10pm on Friday 8/24. There will be no weekend care 8/25-26/18.
-All payments for the week of 8/27-31/18 is due by 7pm Friday 8/24/18. The full late payment fee will be applied on reopen day for unpaid payments.
-FGGCA will be closed week of Monday 8/27/18 - Monday 9/3/18. This includes the weekend care as well for 9/1-2/18. We will reopen on Tuesday 9/4.
-Public school is about to start up again. Early drop off begins at 6:30-50am. Bus stop drop off/pick up will resume 9/4/18-6/2019 from 6:55-7:15am & again from 2-2:45pm please refrain from dropping your child of during that time.
-Cash App will be available for use being Friday September 7, 2018. You should have already received a memo to take home earlier this month. Please be sure to read over the information and the guidelines for using this program as a method of payments.
- Being September 2018 All payment are made on Fridays. There will be $10 late charge on Monday and $3 per day after.
Please don’t drop your child off without your payment. You should have received this memo end of June early July 2018.
These and all notices are always handed to you directly, text, posted on our fb page and on the front or back of the front door. It’s your responsibility to take time daily to check the door. I am working on a wall area to be posted on the front outside as to not block the door way.
It has been an fantastic 2017-18 fall-winter Academy & summer camp. Looking forward to welcoming the new and embracing the familiar in the 2018-19 sessions.

Travis mom is also using this day to celebrate Travis’ birthday and invite you all to join in at cobblestone.
Please give me a heads up if your planning on attending and how many in your party so can secure plenty of tables. Tables are first come first serve so get there early.

Vacation time!!!
