Do you know your brand message? Every practice should have a short message that represents what you stand for at the core of your business. Patients find many reasons not to pay on time but after 60 days, your chances to collect are less than 10%. Meet with your team to develop a five-star system that makes sure patients are setup for their payments.

Take time to tour your own office. SCHEDULE TIME when the entire team can spend an hour with the doctor every 3 months identifying what your office looks like from the moment staff drive into your parking lot, evaluating each space, re-organizing shelves and drawers, and creating a clean, uncluttered experience for both staff and patients. Doing this exercise with the goal of making just a few updates regularly will ultimately reduce stress for you and your entire team.
