My first passion was and always will be racing. I turned pro very young and it’s been an absolute joy to return to the sport as a coach and mentor to the riders of the team.

Most people don’t understand the depths and intricacies of the training and preparations that go into setting these riders up for success on the track. We have the best bikes from but their bodies have to be performing at an elite level to race those bikes to their potential.

Hydration, the proper balance of macronutrients, stretching, etc. I know how to prepare , , and to perform at their best.

The season isn’t done yet boys…we’re just getting warmed up. Let’s do this! 👊🏻👊🏻🏁🏁



Exercising is hard. Finding the time to do it, the actual act of doing it, and the soreness after the fact.

Holly Plourde Lansberry] came to us around 10 months ago wanting to make a lifestyle change, lead a healthier life and wanted to be an example for her daughter and family. After a fall on a hike that resulted in a ruptured quad tendon followed by surgery to repair, her regular exercise routine completely came to a halt. Holly knew that she had to focus on nutrition and do something. She next contacted us at Xtremely Fit to create a customized nutrition program for her. The progress was slow and steady, but more importantly she’s learned to integrate these approaches and changes into her daily life to sustain them long term.

Chris Blewitt. I’ve been training and mentoring this young man for over 11 years. I started with him as a high school kicker with aspirations to be an NFL player. He’s gone from that, to a D1 U-Pitt kicker, and now dreams have become a reality as he will wear his same #12 this upcoming NFL season as one of the kickers for the .

Chris is a true testament of hard work, focus, effort, and diligence. He didn’t let setbacks get in the way of pursuing his goals. Not only does he personally exude these traits, but he serves as a mentor and positive training influence with the other athletes on my team.

Chris, I am so proud to be your coach and to have witnessed your growth over these past 11 years. I am humbled by your accomplishments and am greatly excited to see the upcoming successes you have yet to discover.



We ALL experience set-backs. Be it illness, a death in the family, or even just day-to-day busy life.

Goals and resolutions for the New Year are great to have as we should always aspire to improve ourselves. However, a negative with these year-long goals is we forget about our short-term game.

Sometimes what we want to accomplish is so far off that we make excuses for ourselves to slip-off, or take a break…and we ease off the gas.

Keep your eyes on the prize, but also put more focus into winning each day. I always say to be better today than you were yesterday. Focusing your efforts day-by-day is more manageable. If you slip a bit, do better next time…you have 365 chances to do slightly better than the day before.

We are so incredibly proud of XF client and CANCER SURVIVOR .c.mangano.valentina. She entrusted Xtremely Fit and our 12-Week Plan to assist with her cancer recovery and to help combat her hormone challenges. We are humbled by her success and her recent doctor’s report. See below for Tatiana’s glowing XF testimony:

“So now that I have time to sit down and process all the scans and things that went on today I will say the overall opinion of all the doctors was that my nutrition and lifestyle routine contributed more to my wellness than their “recommended” course of treatment. Boom there it is. Also, I’m not out of the woods quite yet. My cancer was extensive and I have to be monitored closely for another 4.5 years. Yes years. They admitted to me today they were “very” concerned with how sick I was and how extensive the cancer was. They said they’ve never seen a turnaround like this is such a short time. Yes I’m a**l and have OCD, I wouldn’t expect less. I’m going to thank the hormone god Jason Fuller for all his talent, help and input with my nutrition. And for listening to me cry and tell my stories about my horrible periods and hormones…and for not ever letting me quit. We went to war with the hormones that my cancer fed off of. I knew my treatment and mindset were unconventional according to cancer’s standards. But we did it. It worked. So I’m clear for another 6 months until the next scan. And for everyone that has listened, supported, or been a shoulder to cry on, thank you. Because cancer freaking sucks.”


We all have schedules, jobs, families, personal struggles and challenges. Committing to anything can be difficult, but think of the reasons that brought you to wanting to make a change. Write those reasons down, have them in the forefront of your brain because when things become challenging, you need to pull from those “whys” to keep going.
