At Last!!! We finally became certified by the South Carolina Commission on Higher Education two days ago. So now we will officially start our first Nurse Aide class by mid August. We believe that we have the lowest fees in Charleston Co. Each class is $500.00 per class.

Our E Mail address is [email protected] The Ravenel Medical Center was Certified by the Secretary of State in South Carolina on April 18, 2007. The RMC received it's business license from the Town of Ravenel on January 1, 2010. The RMC CNA and Phlebotomy School was Certified by the South Carolina Department of Health and Human Services on July 29, 2010. The Ravenel Medical Center School for Certified Nursing Assistants and Phlebotomist meets all local, county and state guidelines. The RMC Certified Nursing Assistant Instructor is Geneva Ford. Ms. Ford is a qualified skilled Registered Nurse with a broad range of proven healthcare experience. Licensed in the State of South Carolina, she has over 30 years of practical experience which includes Med-Surge, Psychiatric, Orthopedics, and working in the Intensive Care Unit. Ms. Ford graduated from Baptist College and worked at the Ralph H. Johnson VA Medical Center, Trident Hospital, Bon Secours St. Francis Hospital, and the Medical University of SC. Ms. Ford is also an active member in the VA Hospital Retirees Group (VARG). The Ravenel Phlebotomy Instructor is Ms. Tema Brown. Ms. Brown has a broad range of Phlebotomy experience which makes her one of the most sort after Phlebotomist in and around the Charleston area. She has a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Morris College, and is Certified in Phlebotomy by the National Health Career Association. Ms. Brown is also a graduate of Trident Technical College Certified Nursing Assistant Program.
