Before Paul Revere’s career as a blacksmith, English dental surgeon John Baker taught him how to make and insert false teeth. Paul Revere is also credited with being the ﬁrst forensic dentist. Using dental remains Revere correctly identiﬁed Massachusetts Major General Joseph Warren, who happened to also famously send Revere on his midnight ride in 1775.
