Hi Betsy! When I took one of your Word classes I had asked how do I move the margins on the documents. Ex: if I type up a paper and 2 of the sentences go onto the next page, I would be able to click on the little box on the side of the page to make it fit on 1 page. Well at work they upgraded to Word 2016 and that little box has disappeared!! For 2 days I've been trying to find it & remember where it is that you told me to look. I have failed.....ugh!! Can you please remind me where to go to find it!! THANK YOU!

Can you guess when I saw the inside of my first computer?⤵️

This is a picture of the IBM PC that I was shown as a middle schooler some 45 years ago!
I was doing a project at my church and I was introduced to a couple who were self-employed and they opened up the computer so I could see the inside!
I knew from that moment on that I would have a career in technology!

National Techies Day is observed annually on October 3. During National Techies Day, students are encouraged to consider a career and technology.

I continued on to learn more about basic programming in high school and then majored in computer science in college.

It was in college that I minored in education because I knew I wanted to teach others how to use technology.

Early in my career and throughout, it has been important to me to better myself at how I describe the different ways to use applications and speak it in layman‘s terms.

Over the years, devices have changed quite a bit keeping me entertained with what to teach next!

I love meeting new people now especially virtually because I get to teach people all over the world from the comfort of my home office.
