So proud of our co-founder of FEW - Gina Waterfield - In The News!! Check out the whole article at Women’s Health!!
Gina is a blessing beyond what words can describe. She brings wisdom, compassion, insight and helps you find your passion when you don't know where to start. Rehashing what this past year has produced (relocating to a different state and losing my father) I was able to look back and see how much progress I REALLY have made. She also helped me realize I'm holding back on what my heart really be an entrepreneur again. We've worked through one huge blockage already and it's given me the desire to continue to build the foundation, no mater how exhausted I may be at the end of my 'day job.'
One day I will look back and say 'remember when...' with a smile. I adore you, my dear, dear Gina!

From integrative stress relief therapy, to unforgettable teachings from a personal life coach, there is really no going wrong. It’s been nearly seven months since my beloved husband died…💔 There, I said it.
His death is a topic even I have been resistant to talking about openly on social platforms. Mostly, to reserve the intimacy of my grief process for me and my closest relationships. More importantly to deepen my commitment to our Heavenly Father. These things have carried me through it all…. on the gentle wings of friendships, hope, prayer and love.
And now I come back to the life and professional work I am guided to, with a renewed reverence for wholly, and Holy integration…grateful for the unwavering friendships who have stayed with me. They keep me grounded in the arms of safety and trust. What a gift. 💞

The veterans of our military services have put their lives on the line to protect the freedoms that we enjoy. They have dedicated their lives to their country and deserve to be recognized for their commitment.

Just read a couple of provocative research articles about this special combo.

She wanted Peace. So she played beautiful music, painted beautiful expressions. It was not enough. She went on long walks. Gave away possessions. Smiled more. Stopped multitasking. Not enough. She bought more reverent clothing. Read spiritual books. Spoke spiritual words. Not enough. She changed her relationships. Attended classes. Cut her hair. Improved her diet. Attended worship. Found a new job. Traveled. Came back. All of it, not enough.

Then, one day, she looked inside herself, the place she had run from all her life.
She found two Truths: the concentrated ego of suffering and fear, and the simmering ember of Peace. Realizing that Peace was a seed already inside her, she decided to try something new. She decided to Love more. Herself. Others. All things. In every moment. She opened. The ocean inside came out. The ocean outside came in. She dissolved in two oceans. Became immeasurable Lightness. She found Peace. Love is the sunlight that awakens the seed of Peace.

Mastering others is strength.
Mastering yourself is true power.

Good Monday Morning Friends!
Just a reminder as we move through the week.

To the mind that is still,
the whole universe surrenders.

You don’t have to be the best at anything in order to matter. You already matter.

You don’t need to appear as someone who has it together all the time.

Hello Saturday, Sis! 🎊

That sweet sacred aroma from burning Frankincense resin is wafting through our home and in my office.
For some time, I’ve been inviting each day with my morning meditations, along with burning Frankincense resin. And also at the close of each day, during my evening prayers.
Aside from following this ancient sacred spiritual practice, I recently read an article in a science publication that states it (the aroma from Frankincense oils) positively impacts the brain chemistry and enhances our emotional health. The article stated that smelling Frankincense reduces stress and anxiety. I don’t know if that is an absolute, but I do believe it does soothe my soul and calm my mind. In my holistic practice, my clients absolutely love it too, claiming it instantly relaxes them as soon as they walk inside the door.

Have you burned this beloved resin in your home yet?

A gentle reminder that we often only see highlight reels of each other’s lives here. ♥️

Troubles, like babies, grow by nursing.

Few things fill our cup like living in our purpose.

Grinding away outside of our natural alignment depletes our energy and keeps us in states of low frequencies; in a state of dis-ease, risking disease.

When we focus on what serve our clients and communities at our highest frequency, our energy flows with unparalleled ease and joy.

Refining our natural gifts leads to filling the spaces [in between] without compromising our integrity, our emotional intelligence, our sense of value.
We become students hungry for more information, driven by a healthy passionate inquiry in pursuit of self-motivated education. We want to do more, and improve our skills; when we know better, we do better.

The steady practice of fine tuning our inherent gifts invites creativity and fuels our desire to grow, and to share what we are learning. It is said that when the student is ready the teacher appears. I have found that we also attract those who need or want what we have to offer. We energetically release what no longer serves us well, and receive what does, holistically. Our lives are exponentially enhanced, professionally and personally.

No one can determine what is right for us, or how to reach what we desire, only we can do that for ourselves. We know; the body knows, the energy body knows, and our spirit knows. These inner and outer systems speak to us, sending us signals until we listen. Are you listening?

Today, my friends, I encourage you to seek what is in you that wants to evolve, to soften the demands of external noise, to communicate and collaborate with the stillness inside, to explore the infinite wisdom within you…to meet and realign with your own internal navigation system, your personal North Star. 🌟

Does anyone else think we are all tumbling about in a sea of illusions claiming it’s reality? 😉

“I would like my life to be a statement of love and compassion-and where it isn't, that's where my work lies.”
Thinking about things, like how it seems we grow when we are nourished, in the right environment. Kind of like my little Pilea plant. She’s sensitive. Really sensitive. She wasn’t doing well in one spot inside my home, I thought I was losing her. I moved her around a few times, trying to find her favorable space. Not surprisingly, she thrives in my therapeutic room-the space I see clients for my holistic healing practice. So she gets her daily dose of energy healing too. Thinking that amethyst emanates energy she loves too, since she’s glowing! Isn’t she beautiful???

Kind of like humans… finding the right environments, being honored for our sensitivities, feeling loved and cared for matters. Praying you know you are loved and cared for, that you are safe and well.

It seems to me that listening to silence is challenging for people because we have been conditioned to listening to external noise since birth.

At some point in our lives, we begin to hear an internal voice crying out to us “come home, come home….I need you here”.

For many of us, we only recognize this inner call for attention when we feel shredded by life, broken, and recognizably dysfunctional.
Yet the opportunity to go within, to commune with our true nature, to sit with The Creator-instead of rebelling against ourselves, against our very being,
was there all along.
In our humaneness we fight against what is, living our life disconnected, in a chaotic and painful war against ourselves. We suffer.

Today, I share this as a reminder to seek the divine wisdom within you.
I encourage you my friends, to build upon the practice of sitting in the sacred seat of silence.

I wish every woman to have friendships like this. There isn’t any topic we can’t share. When we talk, it’s mindful, open, respectful, honest. These things are big.

“The most important spiritual growth doesn’t happen when you’re meditating or on a yoga mat. It happens in the midst of conflict–when you’re frustrated, angry, or scared and you’re doing the same old thing, and you realize that you have a choice to do it differently.

If you’re struggling with doing something bigger, bolder, or new…consider this a reminder to give yourself room to grow. People are waiting to be inspired by what only you can share.

That move you’re afraid to make could be a 💯% game-changer for yourself and for someone else!

“In most of our human relationships, we spend much of our time reassuring one another that our costumes of identity are on straight.”

I love you the best, Honey. 🐝 🌱🌺🌷🍃

We contradict ourselves sometimes. I’m guilty of it too. Are you? We are works in progress.
Being mindful is always a good practice.

Good questions to ask ourselves before making a claim:

• Is what I believe really true?
• Am I 💯 % certain it is true?
• Is it possible I might be misinformed or misguided?
• Can I temper my approach to sensitive topics?
• Can I exercise compassion when stating my opinion?

Happy Independence Day, Friends!

I’m curious :
What are the first
non-negotiable things you do every Monday morning?

People will choose their perceptions of you.
You have little control over that.

• Remember, giving energy to the opinions of others leads to stress and anxiety.

• Remember, your conscious mind is the director. It is where you DO have control.

• Remember, you are a free thinker living among a world of information, ideas, and opinions.

• Remember to direct your thoughts where you find fulfillment, joy, and enrichment.

• Remember, it is YOU that chooses your path, your narrative, your reality.

• Remember, success is not linear, we learn in different ways ~ there are many pathways to achieve what we desire.

Anyone else on a decluttering journey? 🤪

Years from now you will look back and find how you were growing, in ways you could not see at the time.

Anger is alluring.
Anger feels like self expression.
Anger is undermining.
Anger leads to disaffection.

Calmness, serenity, and equanimity are the precursors to mindfulness.
The practice of mindfulness helps us attain mental liberation. It moves us away from judgmental thinking.

Mindfulness empowers us to develop the art of concentration.
Anger may be our initial reaction, but mindfulness generates a productive response.

“We are not meant to stay wounded.
We are supposed to move through our tragedies and challenges and to help each other move through the many painful episodes of our lives.
By remaining stuck in the power of our wounds, we block our own transformation. We overlook the greater gifts inherent in our wounds - the strength to overcome them and the lessons that we are meant to receive through them.
Wounds are the means through which we enter the hearts of other people. They are meant to teach us to become compassionate and wise.”
