Congratulations to the Terrell Family for being our Family of the Month! We appreciate all you contribute to Primrose, and we are happy to have you as a part of our school.
Being named the Family of the Month at Primrose West Plano is an immense honor for us, the Terrell family. We extend our sincere gratitude for this recognition. Our journey with Primrose began when Lionel, our youngest (turning 2 in December), joined in March. Witnessing his growth fills us with joy. His daily smiles upon returning home affirm the loving care he receives at Primrose.
Paul, raised in Allen, TX and currently working at Yardi Inc., and Allison, a Plano, TX native with a decade-long tenure at Amazon, form our family core. Our spirited daughter Sloan (soon to be 6), was proud to enjoy her summer at Primrose alongside her brother.
Our family thrives on shared experiences, relishing trips to the library, movies, and staycations. Queso and ice cream outings are cherished treats that create lasting memories. Trusting Primrose with our children was an easy choice. Knowing they're under capable hands enables us to focus on our careers while they learn essential life skills.
The Primrose curriculum, fostering independence and responsibility, has profoundly influenced our family dynamic. Lionel's artistic inclinations and mealtime enthusiasm have enriched our home. Education's significance is paramount, and Primrose seamlessly contributes to our family's growth. Thank you for the Family of the Month distinction and for the school’s nurturing embrace.

This week our Preschool classes are starting their Bee Bot curriculum and they are enjoying it!
Today they read a book called Bee Dance that told us how bees communicate with each other through dance. One bee goes out and finds a garden of flowers, comes back to the hive to dance and to tell the other bees on how to find the flowers. Then they go pollinate and bring back the pollen!
After they read the book, they had to write their own bee story with the instructions the bees gave their friends.
Today our students had their Teddy Bear Picnic! 🐻
They enjoyed a yummy afternoon snack with their stuff animals and a fun book!
Congratulations to our July Family of the Month!
Hello from the Taggart family!
We are the proud parents to Harper, who turns 3 in September, and a baby boy, due in early October. Harper has attended Primrose West Plano since she was 7 months old and has loved every second of it. Currently, her favorite things to do are Soccer Shots and splash pad days at school, and going to Target or swimming at her grandparents’ house on the weekends. Harper also keeps us entertained with her love of Minnie Mouse and her latest obsession, Spiderman.
Doug and Megan met in 2013 (at jury duty!) and have been married for almost 5 years. Doug loves to talk sports, tinker with home projects, and test out new video games. As a Dallas native (by way of Commerce, Texas), he’s a huge Cowboys, Mavs, and Rangers fan, and also supports the Arkansas Razorbacks (his alma mater). Doug is a Sr. Vice President at Bank of America. Megan loves to read, cook (and watch cooking shows), and root for her hometown team, the New Orleans Saints. She works for Vistra, a national electricity and power generation company, where she serves as an IT Sr. Manager.
We are so happy with Primrose West Plano as our choice of school for Harper because of their dedication to helping Harper grow into the intelligent, kind, and spunky individual she has become. The teachers and management are so supportive, answering all of our questions and being so flexible when we need anything for Harper. Harper still runs to each of her old classrooms to say hi to her former teachers, who love her just as much. We can’t wait to introduce “baby brother” to the Primrose family when he joins next year.
Happy Anniversary to our Executive Director, Mrs. Kelsey Richardson! We appreciate everything you do for our staff, families and students here at PWP! Thank you for being such a great role model and believing in us. We love you Mrs. Richardson!
