HOW TO MAXIMIZE SALES PRODUCTIVITY
1. Make a list of the most important "income" generating things do you have to do today?
2. List them in order of importance. Ask yourself what one activity will bring prospects/ appts/ contracts/ closings the quickest
3. Tackle the most important item first, and remain on that item until it's completed. DO NOT attempt to multi-task... its truly impossible to do more than one thing at a time well.

It's easy to be busy, however, don't confuse being busy with being productive. "Busy" occupies time while "production" moves the needle towards the goal... closings.
