Parkland Public Schools The Parkland Public Schools Fund (Parkland Fund) was founded in association with the Broward Education Foundation. The Parkland Fund is the first of it's kind at the municipal level in Broward County.

Stoneman Douglas HS Robotics team 5196 needs your help getting to their championship competition. Please read further to see how you can help.

Robotics team 5196, nicknamed “Breaking Bot”, is comprised of high school students from Stoneman Douglas High and is looking for funding to help offset travel costs to the prestigious championship event in St. Louis, Missouri. Please see our attached article about our award-winning team.

We are rapidly fundraising to support the team and send them to the championships, which will take approximately $20,000 in registration fees, travel costs, hotel rooms, and food expenses. At the moment, we have hotel and travel reservations on hold and are trying to be positive about our fundraising efforts.

No donation is too small. If you know of any businesses or individuals that would like to support STEM-related hands-on learning for highly motivated high school students and/or gain some international exposure for their business or organization, please contact [email protected].
