The Zimmerman family is very grateful to Loudoun Cotillion and would like to extend a huge THANK YOU! Our daughter, Emma Kate, was a part of this fantastic program from second grade through high school and participated in the debutante program. Not only did it give her opportunities to volunteer but it enabled her to feel very comfortable in interview situations. Recently, Emma Kate was selected as a University Fellow at the University of Alabama. This is a highly selective honors program which required several rounds of interviews, including a phone interview, a business formal dinner event, and a panel interview. Only 30 students are chosen each year. We feel strongly that the experience she received during her years with cotillion contributed greatly to her success in navigating this process. We can't thank them enough (with a special note of gratitude for Mrs. Jean Ann Michie). ENROLL YOUR KIDS! You will not regret the decision. The time commitment and cost are small and the gains are immeasurable. They WILL need these skills and practice DOES engrain them!
Cotillion season is starting soon. So excited!
Beginning this week! Potomac Falls Pre-Cotillion (K-4) and Junior Cotillion (5-7) sessions begin in February! Don't miss this opportunity for boys and girls to learn life-long manners, etiquette, conversations skills, and so much more! These weekly sessions not only build vital skills, but also instill confidence and character! Learn more about Loudoun Cotillion- NLJC:

We recently had the pleasure of putting together this promotional/informational video for the Loudoun Cotillion- NLJC chapter of the National League of Junior Cotillions.
Mrs. Michie, the director of the chapter, was an absolute joy to work with as well as all of her ADORABLE students (all 170 of them!). It was quite impressive to see the positive effect this program has had on these young children. I feel like my own could benefit from the program after this project. Check out the video below for more information about the services they provide.

Thank you for a wonderful year. My daughter is SUPER shy and this program is helping her gain self confidence. We will certainly be joining you for the high school program. And...she actually asked about being a TA. I can't believe that. She NEVER would have done that before. Your program is wonderful and in my opinion should be mandatory. Thank for putting the "civil" back into our society. I applaud your hard work and thank you.
As this, our first, Cotillion Season come to an end, I want to say, "Thank you" to everyone involved. We have all learned a lot and can't wait till next year. See you in the Fall.
Thank you Ms. Jean Ann Michie and Ms. Nancy Rodriguez for a wonderful program. To all the ladies and gentlemen, you looked great and danced superbly.
