Spirit Week takes place in early April each year before the onslaught of finals, and is celebrated alongside ’s Week on the Atlanta campus. The Student Activities Committee (SAC) works tirelessly to create programming for each night of the week that is dynamic and memorable for all students on campus!

Spirit Week ends with the much-anticipated Spring Concert where an artist is invited to perform a private concert!

Looking for work for the 2016-2017 school year? The STEER Team is hiring and we want YOU to apply.

The STEER Team serves as student consultants to organizations on campus, helping to facilitate growth and development. If you are interested in a leadership position or need a federal work study job stop by DUC E340 and speak to a member of the current STEER Team to get all your questions answered. Spirit Week is here! Spirit Week - just like Dooley's Week 2016 - is a week-long celebration for all Emory University students, and it is housed on Oxford's campus.

From open mic nights to delicious food and prize giveaways, the students of the Student Activities Committee have been working hard to get ready for this amazing, pride-filled week! Today, we kick things off with Woodstock, a live jam session out in front of Seney Hall. Tuesday is the Backyard Bash followed by Spirit Day on Wednesday and the Dine and Dance on Thursday. Friday is when things really heat up with the Spring Concert: The White Panda will be on campus performing live for our students!

All Emory students are welcome to attend the Spirit Week events. Get and, students, make sure to tag, tweet, and follow us throughout the events!

So on this coming Monday, April 6th, SAC is hosting an Open Mic Night in the Tavern form 9-11pm. This is the FIRST event of SPIRIT WEEK leading up to the spring concert on Friday.
This will be the LAST Open Mic Night of the year and we are looking for people to perform. I have attached a sign up sheet so feel free to sign up for a time slot.

Remember ? Well, in honor of The White Panda concert on Friday, SAC is giving out Dooley Pandas! Today through Friday, a different panda will be hidden and posted on our Instagram ()... They are first come, first serve, so if you find one, please post a picture of it on Instagram with the hashtag so it's known that they've been found!

That said, keep your eyes peeled for the first Dooley Panda (as featured here) posted later today!
