Happy New Year!
Thanks to these students and all of the others who helped with yesterday's Noon Years Eve PoP Kids event!

Merry Christmas!!
It was fun celebrating with our students at the Youth Christmas Party! We enjoyed some holiday themed games and, of course, the " Big Ball of Christmas!"
We missed everyone who could not attend but look forward to a great 2025 with everyone!

Reminder- There is no morning McDonald's class on Sunday, December 29 BUT we do have our Youth Christmas Party from 6-7:30pm. Dress festive and make sure you bring your Bible ( Phone app isfine)

Thank you to all who attended, supported and donated to the Youth Christmas Trivia Fundraiser. All participants had a great time as more than $500 was donated or pledged. We are also thankful to Thrivent for the financial support through their Action Teams program. Our winning teams are pictured below.
Please prayerfully consider supporting future opportunities to help us fund ministry for our teens and especially the Youth Gathering in summer 2025. More opportunities to donate and support fundraising efforts will be shared in the New Year.

Middle School and High School Youth Christmas Party has been rescheduled for Sunday, December 29th at 6:00pm in the FLC.
Wear an ugly Christmas sweater or other festive attire and come ready to play fun games and win prizes! ( Big Ball of Christmas??)
We will finish with some time in God's Word- so bring your Bibles (phone app is fine)

Do you or your grown child have fond memories of attending a previous LCMS Youth Gathering? Maybe it was a powerful Mass Event? A concert? All the activities on the convention center floor or an impactful speaker? If so, then you know what an awesome opportunity each Gathering is!
Next summer Prince of Peace is again taking a group of High School students to New Orleans for a major faith growing experience. We have been raising funds since the last Gathering three years ago, but still have a way to go.
Would you consider blessing our group of 16 participants with a gift today? Fundraising will be continuing in earnest for the next several months, but would you prayerfully consider helping us get off to a good start as we prepare for what God has in store for our students at "Endure"?

Our group of Youth and parents had a great time at Rockstar Axe Throwing tonight. Lots of old friend and new friends took their turns aiming for the bullseye. It was great to have so many parents with us!

PoP Youth are going Axe Throwing again THIS Sunday at Rockstar Axe Throwing! We will meet at Rockstar ( 3402 Technological Ave, #148) at 4:45 to check in for our 5:00 appointment. We will throw for an hour and the cost is just $10. Parents are welcome to join the youth in signing up to throw.
Please bring cash or a check made out to Prince of Peace- we will be paying for the whole group with a church credit card to get our group rate.
