Teri will be presenting "Keeping What You Got!" at the 2021 Dance Entrepreneurs Summit.

Teri is the owner and artistic director of In Sync Center of the Arts in Quincy, Massachusetts. Launching her school in 1996, Teri currently has more than 1200 students taking in a variety of dance, toddler, music, theater, and art programs. As she celebrates her 25th anniversary, Teri’s 8000 square foot facility currently employs more than 30 faculty and administrative staff. Currently, she serves as a mentor for the Gold Alliance, and as a speaker for the DanceLife Teacher Conference, the DanceLife Retreat Center, Hollywood Connection, Australian Association of Dance Teachers, among others.

She has created curriculums for preschool programs being utilized by dance teachers throughout the U.S. Teri is a respected business speaker who offers practical concepts for growth, retention, scheduling, special events, faculty and staff management, summer camps/programs and more. Introducing Shantel Robeaux!
Shantel will be presenting in the "January Enrollment & Programs" Panel at the 2021 Dance Entrepreneurs Summit.

Shantel is the owner and director of Shantel’s Dance Academy in Belle Chasse, Louisiana. Her love for dance was apparent from a very early age, and is still the driving force in sharing her knowledge with students and teachers across the country. Dancing since the age of 2, she has trained in all styles of dance. Shantel has directed several programs for recreation departments, and with a desire to impact more lives, she launched her own studio. founded in 1999.

Prior to opening her school, she attended college with a major in education and is a member of Dance Masters of America (DMA) and Louisiana Dance Masters of America (LADM). DMA & LADM are nationally known non-profit educational organizations offering continuing education. She received her certification to teach Ballet, Tap, Jazz and Acrobatics by passing a written and practical examination in each subject. She is also a member of the International Dance Entrepreneurs Association (I.D.E.A.) and is a member of Rhee Gold’s Gold Alliance, a leadership program for studio owners, where she has trained in leadership, business and personal growth.

She is an entrepreneur in every sense of the word, having owned a photography studio, a lawn care business, a florist shop, as well as her studio. Her skills managing employees, marketing, creating systems and procedures have helped to make Shantel as a knowledgeable speaker who is always willing to share with teachers and studio owners.

Patty has always been a natural leader, a role model, and a motivator in and out of the classroom. Returning to school in 2014, Ms Neal recently completed her training at the University of Buffalo’s School of Business Management, Center for Entrepreneur Leadership. While leading her team, Patty always finds time to connect with the dancers and parents at her school. Doing this on a regular basis, she is able to understand the “pulse” of her school.

Stacey is a passionate entrepreneur and small business consultant from Australia. She is the Principal of Port Macquarie Performing Arts, a dance school on the mid north coast of NSW. She is also the Director of Morgan Media, a global podcast production company that focuses on Podcasts related to Small Business, the Arts and raising a family. Stacey is a sought after Speaker, Facilitator and Business consultant offering online business consulting to small businesses around the world.

Stacey is a graduate of Queensland University of Technology, completing her Bachelor of Creative Industries and a Bachelor of Education in 2004. She has since then gone on to study her Masters through Deakin University.

Introducing Erin Mosqueda!
Erin will be presenting Financial Strategies.
Erin specializes in bookkeeping services for dance studios. She has been involved in dance in one form or another for the majority of her life and attributes some of her happiest moments to her dance experience.

After earning a bachelor’s degree in accounting, Erin began her career at a CPA firm in New Mexico. Throughout nearly six years of work as an auditor, she realized a passion for working directly with clients and making their accounting experience positive and customized.

When she and her family relocated to Washington state, Erin decided to combine her two passions by providing bookkeeping services to dance studios. She firmly believes in helping dance studio owners gain back time to spend at their studio and helping to provide them with the financial tools that are necessary to grow and develop their business.

Erin is so grateful to be involved in the DanceLife Teacher Conference for the first time this year. It is such an exciting opportunity to meet people from all over who share the same philosophies that she does.
