CURRENT MA COVID-19 GUIDELINES for FITNESS CLASSES
I know we are all anxious to get back to in-person practices. Please keep in mind that the current MA guidelines for indoor in-person “fitness” classes (including yoga), require a minimum of 14 feet between participants and a minimum scheduled 30 minute break in between classes in order to allow for proper sanitizing and air exchange in the space. We need to protect ourselves and each other...

Dear Coffee, I Love You, But We Have to Break Up

I have been caffeine-free since early 2019. Caffeine has dramatically reduced the inner chatter, allowing my self-awareness to blossom to a level I did not think possible.

I still long for caffeine...the ritual, the smell and taste, the buzz. But, for me, the calm is a greater reward, especially during these challenging times. You won’t know how this might affect you until you try it!
