Families and friends.......we want to help share this but if useful information. It’a not directly published on CCSD website. It is however a pop up under the Covid reporting page. Keep in mind you MUST put it in writing to your child’s teacher, maybe even data clerk and admin to cover all basis. Your student must complete their work in a timely manner set forth by their teacher.
THIS IS NOT A GET OUT OF SCHOOL FREE CARD!! You MUST send it in writing that your child will be staying home and you MUST turn in their assignments within the timeframe set forth by their teacher.

Y’all! WHAT! We are beyond excited for this. We did a test run last night and this is going to be crazy amazing!!! Please come out and see us! This will be our first big event this year and we are hoping to see so many of you! 🧡🥰🧡

On November 13, the PTO had the privilege to drop off donations at Patriots Villa located on 5043 Rivers Ave, North Charleston, SC 29406. The Patriot Villas, a housing complex for homeless veterans, has 74 rooms with a bed, a full bathroom and a kitchen. The housing facility also offers a laundromat, recreation facility and a space for counseling.

If anybody is still interested in donating, they are always needing help with their pantry. They also have an amazon wish list:

Mr. Grant and your PTO would like to invite all our NCCAE Families and Friends to share with us a picture of your NCCAE Student with their pumpkin!¡El Sr. Grant y su PTO desean invitar a todas nuestras familias y amigos de NCCAE a compartir con nosotros una foto de su estudiante de NCCAE con sus calabaza!

Here are the RULES!!!! ¡¡¡¡Estas son las reglas!!!!

-You can carve, paint, or decorate your pumpkin. Puedes tallar, pintar o decorar tu calabaza.

-Scary, cute, NCCAE tribute, get creative. Aterrador, lindo, hasta un tributo a NCCAE, sé creativo.

-Submit a picture of your student before and of course with the finished pumpkin. Envíe una foto de su alumno antes y después de tallar la calabaza.

-Submit your photos to NCCAE PTO page, email @ [email protected], or text NCCAE PTO @ 843.997.1335.

**************BOO THRU UPDATE************** Hey NCCAE Families and Friends. Your PTO has worked out every safety measure to protect our staff, students, families, and friends during our adapted trunk or treat event, the Boo Thru. We haven’t been able to meet the trunks to have the best event for you all. With a heavy heart, we decided to cancel this years Halloween event. It was worth a shot right!?! It was definitely going to be different than years previous, and we know nothing can beat our traditional trunk or treat bash!!! Your teachers will be sending your rsvp’s with your admission attached by the end of the week either in your Wednesday Folder, or in your students agenda, so please keep an eye out for that coming your way! Those who have donated candy, it will be sent home with your student. Happy Halloween and we will see everyone next year at the biggest trunk or treat event yet! 🎃👻 STAY SAFE AND HAPPY HAUNTINGS TO YOU ALL!

DON’T FORGET! THIS THURSDAY October 15th, Chick-fil-A Chicken biscuits and butter biscuits will be available for your students! Send in your pre-order form by Wednesday to your students teacher or submit $4.50 for chicken biscuit or $2.50 for butter biscuit through Venmo to -PTO! **there may be additional biscuits for purchase for car-rider families***

We’ve changed up our dress down policy this year! Instead of just 5 dress down days for $5, you can dress down EVERY FRIDAY for the entire school year for $8!
