Today, the 6th graders completed an activity for Pi Day where they had to find the Area and Circumference of circles. Once they were done, their answers corresponded with specific colors to color in a picture of pi. Great job 6th graders!

Deaconess Yee and the Sophomores served 700 people today at The Legacy Center. Thanks be to God for the mission of the Legacy Center and all the individuals they serve every week.

Last week we were thrilled to host Assemblyman Steven Raga at MLS. He toured the school and met with his former summer intern Christopher Wright , Pastor Chapman, and Intern liaison and English teacher Mr. Cullivan. Thank you Assemblyman Raga for all that you do for our community!

The MLS Drama team took their show on the road, performing THE RAINBOW FISH at MLS for our own middle school students as well as guests from St. Stan’s and Great Commission School. Then they traveled to perform at Notre Dame Academy and at the Lutheran School of Flushing & Bayside. This underwater tale was enjoyed by actors and audiences alike!
