The Cage Baseball - Indoor Baseball/Softball/Soccer Training Facility

First Round of clinics joining The Cage & AT Fitness! These clinics are for individual signups, they will be offered to team training later this year. 1 hour of hitting and 1 hour of Speed/Agility/Strength training - 4 sessions per month - 2 hours each day Classes will be divided by age. Participants will receive t shirts. 2025 Cage Warrior Players will have this included in their 2025 package ⚾️
