DFine Fit is a personal trainer designed for you. With an hour a week (two thirty minute sessions a week), we keep things flowing and intense- getting the most for your time. We provide some rehabilitation services as well, so if that shoulder of yours has stopped your daily activities, see us today for your first session! A little about Dennis, the personal trainer. Dennis is a Certified Personal Trainer with ISSA and has a background in Pre Med. Competitive sports and body building have been a passion of his since his teen years. Dennis' easy going, but committed style, lends him well in working with diversified personalities and fitness levels. Dennis has owned Dfine Fit for nearly a decade and has helped hundreds of clients achieve next level fitness and lifestyle results. Life changing experiences that Dennis and his clients have shared have made a major impact on his life, and theirs. It is this reason, along with mutual loyalty and respect that the majority of clients have continued training with Dennis since the grand opening.
