All week we are sharing with our community about Down syndrome. Tuesday, March 21st is World Down Syndrome Day. You can show your support by wearing colorful and mismatched socks. Today Mrs. Emery visited with us how we are all more alike than different and illustrated this with peeps. She encouraged us all to show kindness to everyone.

A very messy leprechaun left behind some surprises for us! We were delighted to find treats, footprints, a rainbow and “gold”!
A rainbow experiment: we observed this all day and waited for the final results overnight
We enjoyed our visit with today’s mystery reader, Mrs. McKee, a BCPS retired teacher! She brought a special treasure to share with each of us. You can check out the Little Library dedicated to Mrs. McKee near the side parking lot!
