Hello everyone! This Monday, October 20th, Philosophy club will be hosting a debate between Nick and Professor Emswiler. The debate is between the two meta-ethical positions of realism (objective morality) and anti realism (subjective or nihilistic morality). These moral theories attempt to answer the questions: Are there objective moral truths? Can we know these truths? Is it possible to even make a moral claim, and, if so, can it be determined as true or false? I hope to see many of you there.
