Jackson Meadows is 2022 graduate from the University of South Carolina, (UofSC) where he gained his B.S. in Exercise Science with honors. This fall he will begin his M.S. studies in Exercise Science at UofSC. Jackson is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and is currently studying to become a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist (CSCS). Jackson is highly interested in strength training and nutrition. Jackson has extensive experience working with collegiate level athletes and he enjoys sharing his passion of health & fitness with people of all levels of fitness. His fitness mantra is “Ain’t nothing to it but to do it!” — at Body By T Fitness.
