HUGE thanks to Junior Achievement of Idaho + Meridian Mayor's Youth Advisory Council for helping Fast In The Morning get our whip SQUEAKY CLEAN! 💯🙌🏼
Our Go-Giver and Regional President, Connie, surpassed 100 hours of volunteer time in 2020 and donated her $500 Go-Givers check to Junior Achievement of Idaho today! This donation will help Junior Achievement further their mission to inspire and prepare students to succeed in a global economy. Nice work, Connie! 🎉

We love supporting Junior Achievement of Idaho and its annual Bowl-a-thon!

Funds raised will help nearly 10,000 Idaho kids participate in volunteer-led programs focused on teaching them to manage money, choose a career and run a business.
Leadership Meridian is an incredible program available to our Chamber members and their staff. It is the premier opportunity to connect with industry leaders, community resources, government officials and key influencers, as well as level up your leadership skills. We learn about the infrastructure of our city and what it takes to be a leader in our businesses and community.

Tomorrow is session 4 of our Spring Leadership Meridian program and we are focusing on Social Responsibility & Volunteerism. We'll hear from our Leadership Alumni Bernadette Simons Reisbeck and Heather Mcmillan as well as our John Maxwell moderator John Shipley. We will also have guest speakers from Idaho Nonprofit Center, Junior Achievement of Idaho, Idaho Youth Ranch and United Way of Treasure Valley. We will take a tour of the Boys & Girls Club of Meriden and then wrap up the day with a volunteer project at the Idaho Food Bank.

Sign ups for the Fall program are open. Apply at www.meridianchamber.org.
Over 8,000 Idaho students signed up to participate in yesterday's Think Careers event and we had a fantastic time participating in the Manufacturing panel.

Big thanks to Western Trailers, In the Ditch Towing, Capitol Distributing, and Diversified Fluid Solutions for sending some of the best professionals in manufacturing to authentically share their professional stories, how much they appreciate their work, and the importance of connecting with students. Hopefully we'll see some young viewers entering the Idaho manufacturing industry in the near future.
