~ The Greatest in the Kingdom of Heaven...

At that time the disciples came to Jesus and asked,
“Who, then, is the greatest in the kingdom of heaven?”

He called a little child to him, and placed the child among them. And he said:

“Truly I tell you, unless you change and become like little children, you will never enter the kingdom of heaven.

Therefore, whoever takes the lowly position of this child is the greatest in the kingdom of heaven. And whoever welcomes one such child in my name welcomes me."

Perfect position for watching a movie.

"TEACH THE LITTLE CHILDREN"

Teach the little children,
while they are still young
to give thanks to the Lord
in every song that is sung.

Teach them to pray,
for the Holy Spirit’s filling
tell them that it is more
than just a onetime feeling.

Teach them to read and study,
how God would have them go
let them know in the Word
the way He will always show.

Teach them to understand,
for them, God has a plan
let them know it’s not the same
as the world has for man.

Teach them to respect,
themselves and others too
remind them God is looking
at what they say and do.

Teach them to set their sights,
on their heavenly treasures
not the ones here on earth
reeking of worldly pleasures.

Teach them to love God,
with all their heart and soul
let them know Jesus died
so they’d be complete and whole.

Teach them not just on Sundays,
but each and everyday . . .
just how narrow is the gate
so their tender hearts won’t stray.

"We Need To Walk As Children Of Light.

We live in a dark world where unbelievers rejoice when Christians mess up. As Christ-followers, we can understand the darkness because we once lived there. We constantly stumbled around in the darkness, unable to walk God’s straight path.

But now, Paul says, we are “light in the Lord.” God expects us to “walk as children of light”—to walk “properly” as in the daytime, knowing God sees us and has designs to make us holy. The world should be able to tell the difference the Gospel has made in our lives. Another way to say this is, we need to “walk in newness of life.”

Meet Herby. Our school has a new robot that helps out. We love Herby! He works hard while we try and get some sleep. Thank you so much to our sweet supporter that donated Herby to us.

Psalms Academy daycare is hiring! We are located at Kuna/Meridian border. We are looking for someone motivated, energetic, and who enjoys kids. Experience is nice but we are willing to train. You will need to get pediatric CPR first aid training, background check, and fingerprints done. It is a wonderful place to work. If anyone is looking or knows of someone please let me know! Hours are Monday-Friday approximately 8:30 am-1:30 pm.
