It has come to our attention that a disgruntled former employee has been trolling Kid City online and is making false and malicious claims against the company on Facebook. We at Kid City have very high standards of care for our employees. This employee in particular was hired on May 2nd and terminated on May 28th, 2016. She was terminated due to exceedingly poor care of our Little Citizens and failure to meet Kid City’s standards.
Often times, when employees are terminated they lash out due to being upset about losing their job. One reason they are so upset is due to the incredible benefits Kid City offers. These benefits include:
• 4 weeks paid vacation, because we believe every employee deserves a week off each quarter. This is based on performance. We invest between $4,000.00 - $5,000.00 per employee each year in paid vacation.
• Kid City offers bonuses every month and quarter based on performance.
• Kid City’s wages are in the top 90% for the childcare industry
Kid City expects its employees to be very active with the kids at all times. Our staff is not there to just watch kids play, but to engage the children in learning activities that promote social, emotional, language, and cognitive development for Kindergarten readiness.
Our goal is to make busy parent’s lives less complicated and exceed the expectation of our community. Our beautiful modern facility enriches the mind, promotes growth through play, and ensures the children are well cared for. We are extremely transparent in our care and even allow parents to view our facility remotely through camera access.
