General information

We offer personal training (both private and semi-private/small group) and sports performance training with a personal touch. Trainer and owner Kevin Swannigan brings 25 years of experience to helping you meet your fitness goals.

Initially, clients will meet with a coach to establish their specific program needs and goals. Next they will be assessed and screened in order to develop an individualized training program. Clients are then closely coached, monitored and measured to ensure steady progress toward their program goals.
