Over Reaction

I grew up being easily offended.
Some of those hurtful statements I still carry with me some 40 plus years later.
I would also over react when a horse did something wrong.
Horses have taught me to stay level with my emotions. It is not perfected but a daily exercise.
Nothing good comes from an over reaction with the human or Horse.
I have learned to take those hurtful statements and turn them into something positive...it’s called Motivation!
Those that Gossip and talk about others are usually not feeling good about themselves. The more controlled you are with your emotions the less you are offended.

When a Horse does something wrong it becomes an opportunity instead of a problem.

Self worth is not what others say about you, it’s what you think of yourself.
What you think of yourself is how you treat others and your Horses.
