This place is trash. Their customer service is horrible. If I knew any better I would take business elsewhere. Their employee Angel seems to have a attitude problem and shouldn’t be on the phones and the owners are to cowardly to address someone who spent 2500 in their shop. Joe the billing manager is not any better and is liar and doesn’t keep his word. I will continue filing complaints until my matter is resolved. This will not end soon Melhart. This is by the far the worst place I’ve ever spent my money and won’t spend it there anymore.

Good customer service is a difficult thing to find nowadays. 60 chairs were purchased from Melhart Music Center by one of our local schools in Palm Beach County. These chairs were used in the band room. Because of their heavy usage 5 days a week the seats began to give out. I contacted Melhart Music Center concerning the situation. They immediately got on the issue. Within a few days I received an email letting me know that the chairs would be replaced with a more heavy-duty material. Everyone I spoke to was kind and courteous. Melhart Music Center has gained a customer for life.

I've been going to Melharts since 91. Great service and quality products. The employees are like my other family. Max the guitar repair tec knows his job well and I highly recommend him. His work is excellent I give him a rating 110! Joel A Vallejo also does excellent work with amp repair. He's the guy I go to for sure. The guys that work on the floor know there gear and provide excellent customer service.

Just want to say thank you to the great people in the Melhart band instruments repair room for going beyond great customer service, My daughter dropped her saxophone 🎷 and a small part got bend and she marches in the Mission Citrus Parade tomorrow and the young gentleman fixed the part in no time and we didn’t even buy the instrument here. Summary: The CNC Operator - Wood role is responsible for setting up and operating CNC equipment in our wood products operation including, but not limited to routers, panel saws and edge banders. This person will be responsible for setting up programs to run batch orders minimizing the amount of drop/wastage.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Experienced in CNC operating, programming, nesting, scaling, tooling, modifying cut files, and joining techniques
Able to lay out batch orders to minimize the amount of drop/wastage
Establishes and sets controls to regulate factors such as speed, feed, and depth and angle of cut according to established guidelines and procedures.
Evaluate and validate CNC tools and paths for each component part and be able to adjust parameters if needed.
Properly install, calibrate and test machine tooling.
Properly load raw materials and/or parts onto machines.
Starts and observes machine operation for malfunctions or out-of-tolerance machining.
Verifies conformance of finished workpiece to specifications using measuring and inspection tools.
Performs routine maintenance tasks on machines as required to ensure functionality.
Perform other duties assigned by supervisor.

Be a team player by displaying a positive outlook, offering assistance to co-workers, communicating effectively and working cooperatively in a team environment
Observe safety procedures by using equipment and materials properly
Display a commitment to excellence and monitor quality for internal and external customers

Requirements

Previous CNC programming Experience
Exceptional knowledge of shop drawings, bill of material structure, routing structure, work center methodology and standard machining methods.
