Our Mission: Each UW-Colleges campus has a Continuing Education program that promotes intellectual stimulation, personal/professional growth, and cultural enrichment through a variety of non-credit seminars, workshops, and short-term courses. Topics may vary from computer applications to theater or art field trips or from College for Kids to Elderhostels. To meet the needs of lifelong learners, the campuses collaborate with business, industry, K-12 school districts, technical schools, and non-profit agencies, increasing access to higher education. For more information on what is available at each campus, contact the Continuing Education Office in your area.
Our Promise to you: The UW-Manitowoc, Fond du Lac, and Fox Valley Offices of Continuing Education promises to support you in your professional development while giving you the opportunity to stretch your creativity by designing new and exciting courses for adults and children.
• Write a proposal for your class

• Assist with marketing your class to the community (via Facebook, word of mouth, etc.)
• Content experts in your craft
• Enthusiastic about the Manitowoc, Fond du Lac, or Appleton and surrounding areas
• Prior teaching experience in any capacity is preferred but not required
• Outgoing personality
• Comfortable teaching a variety of age groups (adult and/or children)
• Flexible and communicative
• Open to feedback
