When we shrink our capacity for pain, we often shrink our capacity for joy too.

Many of us learn to protect ourselves by shutting down. We numb disappointment. We avoid grief. We suppress fear. We build walls around heartbreak.

And while that may feel safer, emotional numbness rarely stays contained to only the hard parts. It can also dull connection, passion, excitement, love, and a wonder.

We can’t selectively numb. The more we close ourselves off from pain, the more we often close ourselves off from the very experiences that make life rich and meaningful.

Growth is about expanding your capacity to hold the full spectrum of being human.

A lot of people come to our workshops thinking they need to feel less. Less anxiety, less anger, less sadness. They want the volume turned down.

But what most of them actually need is to stop being afraid of what they feel.

Emotions aren’t design flaws. They’re information. The problem is most of us never learned to read them, so we either react to them or bury them. Neither one works for long.

What was the emotion you were least allowed to show growing up?

Josh leads with a rare combination of humility, depth, and brilliance. His presence is steady and thoughtful, always grounded in care for others.

Over the years, Josh has helped shape countless lives through his insight, compassion, and unwavering commitment to growth. His leadership isn’t loud or performative. It’s consistent, intentional, and deeply human.

We’re officially sharing the new venue for the P3 Workshop: Advance Learning Academy!

After 19 years at the Maitland Senior Center, we needed to find a space that could truly support the depth and structure of P3. Thanks to our close friend, P3 alum, and community member Julie, we were introduced to Advance Learning Academy.

Advance Learning Academy was created as an intentional, values-driven learning environment, designed to support growth, curiosity, emotional development, and human-centered education.

What the space offers:
• Plenty of room to gather, reflect, and connect
• A calm, grounded setting
• Comfortable chairs
• Ample restrooms and Breakout spaces
• Kitchen area
• Plenty of parking
• Peaceful water views
• Outdoor playground

Most importantly, it feels like a place where people can show up fully as they are.

Our 2026 P3 Schedule Is Here 🤍

A meaningful shift for the year ahead is an exclusive focus on the P3 Workshop. There will be no Alchemy, no Wayfinders, no Gaia, no Couples course this year. We’re returning to the foundation, the work that started it all, while we build something new behind the scenes. P3 remains the heart of what we do.

A quick venue update for those who may not have heard: after 19 years, the Maitland Senior Center is no longer our home. That chapter has closed with so much gratitude and so many memories. The good news is we’ll be announcing our new home very soon, and we can’t wait to share it with you!

There is lots of change but what hasn’t changed is the community. The depth. The care. The way people show up for themselves and each other.

We’re looking forward to an incredible year and hope to see you in the room in 2026. 💙

Last weekend was the final P3 of 2025 and also our last P3 at the Maitland Senior Center, a space that has been home to our workshops for nearly 19 years.

As always, we are deeply grateful to everyone who makes this work possible: our instructors, supervisors, leaders, assistants who give their weekends to serve others, and especially the participants who chose to show up, do the work, and trust the process.

Thank you, Maitland Senior Center, for holding us for all these years. And thank you to this community for carrying P3 forward.

After almost two decades of growth, healing, laughter, tears, and transformation within those walls, we’re preparing to move into a new chapter at a new location.

We’re grateful for every memory and excited for what’s ahead. 💙

🎉 Join us in celebrating the graduating class of Advanced Alchemy 2025! 🎉

What a journey it’s been! From launching Foundations of Alchemy in March, where this incredible cohort learned the art and science of 1:1 coaching, to completing Advanced Alchemy this week, stepping into the deeper waters of facilitating real transformation in group settings.

Over the last six months, this cohort has shown up, grown their skills, and leaned into who they are as coaches and facilitators.

- For their Foundations capstone, they each led live coaching sessions with volunteers.
- For their Advanced capstone, they facilitated a 10-week group coaching experience and led a 6-hour live workshop for participants walking through fear, challenge, and limiting beliefs.

The resuelts were nothing short of inspiring. We are so proud of this group! Not just for what they’ve accomplished, but for who they’ve become in the process.

⚡️ There won’t be an Alchemy cohort in 2026 — we’re building something new and exciting (stay tuned!) — but for now, we pause to soak in the magic of a year filled with expansion, healing, and purpose.
